The Baja 5B is allot of fun, good on gas, parts are cheap and support is awesome.

Choose between the HPI Baja 5B and the FG monster beetle and forget about
the firehammer.

the baja if you want an allround good car that can do jumps

the fg if you want to race and mess about on FLAT ground but if you jump it you will need to spend an extra $1000 on aloy suspention

the firehammer if you want cheap junk that will last 5 min

Why whats the problem with the firehammer? It looks like a nice truck.

Does that mean I cant really jump with the FG?
Oh and has anyone got the price tags of the vechicles yet?

Not sure whats wrong with the firehammer i have an FG Marder and a firehammer i use them both and i have spent more time and money on repairing the FG
So come on all you firehammer owners are they realy that bad, or do the people that run them down not own one.

The Baja 5B is a great choice, not just because its a great price. More for the aftermarket that is out there for it as well as the support.

Theres nothing wrong with FireHammers, its just poeples opinions. Most of which have never used or owned one.

Ok i have a Baja 5B, FG Stadium truck and my first largescale vehicle was
a firehammer. I had numerous problems with it and it is cheaply made so i sold it and bought the FG.
I love all my vehicles but the one that i spend the most on with upgrades and bling bling is the Baja 5B because it is tough and fun to drive.
The FG is nice but not so tough but i love trucks the best.
So you see i am talking from experience and not just idle rhetoric.
My advice is get the Baja 5B which is at Tower Hobbies for $959.00 and if you can
afford it spend another $400.00 and buy a 29cc head kit motor with jetpro pipe
and package also includes pullstart filter and air filter with outerwares pre-filter
and trust me you will have some serious fun. [

After reading the tread replies it is obviouse that these RTR large scale machines are money hogs. Quality does count for something and none of these Rtrs meet your requirements. Save your money and wait to see what NEW comes out.
