Mato used to have them. I think he still has some based on a loader chassis, 1/6 scale too!

You want to talk to these guys:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rctrucksandconstructionequip/

But beware, you're looking at about 4 grand for a 1/16 unit. No joke... the hydraulics to run them is not cheap.

As for the New Bright ones, it works, yes, but try to load with it and it'll fail. Good for movement or a flatbed load only.

Just a word of caution,if you order from hobbytron and the shipping box looks all beat up.Don't open it,take it back to the shipping company and refuse the package unless they will let you open it there to check for dammage.Other wise you will end up paying the shipping back to them plus some extra paper work and e-mails.I found this out the hard way.On the second delivery the driver let me open up the box and check it,although he said he was not sapose to.He told me he would just reseal it and put refused on the order due to obviouse shipping damage. They are not very good at protecting their shipments. They did box my second shipment but only because I e-mailed them and told them this was the last chance to do it right. It worked.-------------BIGMIG

Guys:

those links all show the TOY-class ones... try to lift anything heavier than puffed rice with 'em and the drive mechanisms will fail or the plastic will bust. The guys over on Yahoo will verify this:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rctrucksandconstructionequip/

These guys check out most of the 1/12 to 1/18 construction gear... from Deere tractors to construction cranes.

That one at hobbytron looks a lot like the one that "THE STUFF" is working on,on his post.I would like to see somone do one of those hummers with the airsoft gun on it.Looks like they would be a fun project for someone.Might even get a few of us also interesed in one to go along with our tanks.Have'nt seen any half tracks or self propelled guns on here. They were part of history and the war.Where else could you post them.???
