Mike,

Will the new profiles take like a beam mounted Burelli 46gt ?
Will they take the vibration ?
Will need locations for the ignition and battery...

Walt...

Walt, you bet they will. I'm making sure the engine rails and front structure is a little beefier than normal just for all you gasaholics!

The previous versions sold for arouond $299 - $329. I have no idea how manufacturing costs are going to compare this time but it is still too soon. I still need another prototype sample to validate. Thanks and you can be sure I'll post some pics and news when we get this going. They are definately going to get produced!

I tell you I've been begging the factory for 2 months now and can't get any straight answer. It is iratating for sure. I've asked Tim to intervene and get a truthful answer. We'll see what he comes up with.

Who needs an Arf When you can build these 80"er's in about 2 weeks time. I've got four on the table now and they will have DA-50's, BME 50, and a DL-50. I have built them a little stronger in the fuse by changing from 1/8x3/4 frame stiffning to 3/16x3/4, Boy that made a big diff. These should all be done and ready to go by Easter. I must say hats off to OMP for the well thought out plans. By the way these things are more fun than my 40%, wich may stay in the basement this year.

Sorry, I feel like a Hermit Crab already. Two of them are already sold as ARC's. 250.00 each. one is set for BME 50 and the other is set for DA-50. The last two are for my brother and I. They all have carbon main gear and ohio haige style tail wheels. I stuck with the aluminum anodized wing tube, didnt see a difference while flying the two last year. These planes really do build fast. I owe that to OMP.

I bit the bullet on doing a quick run of kits. Wood is on order and the laser cutter has been warned they are coming! Check out the OMP webpage for a preorder of kits. I won't be doing many kits so get your orders in while they last.

Hello,

I don't see anything about preordering on the OMP web site.
