Please post pic about the build if anyone has it yet. Also talk about some problem if any that you might have while building the truggy thanks.. Tell us what engine you are planning to put in it and tires if you do not like the one that came with the kit...

You must not be aware of the building process of an Xray. Perfection! No issues. No sanding, do double gaskets, no dremeling....etc.

Enjoy

Jato,
You must be spoiled if the Xray was your first build. Nothing compares. My first kit was the XB8

NT1 is a great car!

Crotolus, I would expect you to have the XT8 after owning a TQ. You can still re-sell it and pehaps someone who doesn't know bout the XT8 but is brainwashed by the Losi 8 will gladly take it from you.

I know i got my 8t about a month a go.I have raced it about 6 times. The only reason i bought it was because every around me has one and every one has parts for them.I loved mx x rays. parts had to always be ordered though.

Just bulk up on the parts that tend to break and on the regular maintenance parts like clutches and springs. Dude, the truggy looks and drives amazing. I switched the suspension blocks to the TQ to eliminate the need for the e-clips and mounted the optional two-piece engine mount...this thing is sweet!
