Hi all

I'm new to the rc heli world and I have a Walkera 68, it is fitted with the WK-G007 GYRO and I'm having real difficulty in setting it up. The heli is turning slowly anti clockwise and when you increase the throttle/pitch the heli starts turning faster out of control. Has anyone out there got a set up procedure or any advice.

All help is welcome.

Cheers
Tom

Use the transmitter to disable the revolution mix (tail rotor mix)
then again use the transmitter to switch the gyro to normal tail lock. (refer to the manual of how to do this)
Try to hover the heli about 1 meter high and trim the tail to the stage that there's no wagging.
adjust the sensitivity just until the tail start to hunt.
All the above step is to set the neutral position of the tail rotor
land the heli and use the transmitter to switch to AVCS mode. If you still find the tail hunting, reduce the sensitivity.
Remember always power up in AVCS mode.

Hi,
I have the walkera 60, and have a similar problem ( i think ) when Im on the deck all is ok. However when I increase the throttle the nose slowerly turns left, then when I drop the throttle back it turns slowerly the other way.
How do I adjust the WK-G006 ? to fix this. I have the WK-0701 transmitter. I have upgraded to alloy head and tail.

Also what is AVCS? Ive been hovering fine with it off, but am unsure what benifits it will give me.
