You might try the cellpro 4s balancing charger:

http://www.fmadirect.com/products.htm?cat=45&nid=4

I have 2 and they're great. The only downside is that you have to either purchase or build adapters to other brands' tap connectors. Adapters typically run $10 each; you can find them on that same page below the chargers.

The Quattro Plus by Ripmaxx is only $50. And it is also an AC/DC charger.

What do you use as a power supply for that charger?

The Quattro Plus is basiclly a plug and charge the battery charger.

Plug and go is nice, cheap is nice, but a balancing charger that charges via tap connectors is best for Lipos.

Any 12 volt battery or power supply will work that's close to 12 volts.

A lipo charger will charge any RC type lipo battery - be it for a plane, boat, car, or what have you. The key is that it's lithium polymer (or manganese) - 3.7v per cell.

Yes, I have one. I really like how easy it is to use. You just select if it is 1-3cell or 4cell start it and away it goes.

Not all lipo chargers can charge all the lipos on the market.
