Hey Dog, Can we call you Dog???
I am just about finished with the first stage of my conversion. Thinking I would like to borrow your upper link idea. I really like the upper links. Good platform to mount the battery. How does that seem to be working? What method did you use to cut the delrin sheet? Where can it be purchased?

Hey Neil,

You can call me whatever works for ya just dont call me late for beer:30. The upper links seem to be working out great! I made those upper links on one of our cnc machines here at work. I am thinking of selling a few sets. I have two versions, 1 more like the OEM upper link(A-arm Like) and the version you see above. If you are interested PM me and we might be able to work something out....

Lemme know

EDIT ADDED: 8-13-07
A great installation of the Upper Links.. Nice Build NeilE!!!!

Got the upper links you made today and they look great. Can hardly weight to get them mounted. Will post pictures when I do. Hope you sell a million. Everyone should have a set.

Sure it is, anytime you stretch the king for crawling its worth the time and money. I did mine a lil different as did most others who stretched their kings. The guide done by HPI was intended to get the beginer started, they are doing 2 more stages or phases of that build also, so if you are interested, keep your eyes open for more installments. The King is very capable once stretched and modded to crawl.

Have fun with your king!!!
