How is the vibration with the single cylinder? I am looking at similar sized planes and was wondering if the vibration ahs caused any problems, or just seems like a lot compared to a twin cylinder.

There is def. more vibration.

Make sure you balance your props properly and it will help.

Personally I think it's better to deal with some vibration then go up to a twin.. if you watched the video with the 3W-85 I can't see anyone need anymore power.. all you are going to do is add weight unless you use a BME 115 and personally a 115 on a 23-24 pound is rediculous.

The never ending project. Maybe you all can guess who did this truly awesome covering work. Not sure about the power. I was thinking a 3W 75 on a can or something to keep it light. Not sure if I would want to splurge for another 100cc motor; too many 150cc motors going on the cheap to consider spending $$ on 100cc stuff. I also think from my past dealings with this awesome plane that you NEED a BME twin to balance it best if you go with a 100 cc motor.

This will get my through a period of no other bunnies till I raise funds for a 3W 170 and or sell my 41% to put a new flame scheme one together. I got too much extra plane stuff that I have to get rid of again.

Yes it started as a Wild Hare Extra 260. The one and only Tony Russo! It took Tony a while...but the results are obviously outstanding and I think in the end worth the wait.

Not sure if he did all the paint work. This guy Clint Sweet does a lot of it also. A few years ago I had him paint a CF spinner and it came out perfect. If you can get ahold of him (St. Pete, FL) you will find he does top notch paint work.

Maybe if I feel like spending a lot of money. Might as well go with the 3Dub 75 and put the extra money toward the other 41%er.
