Looks like an Inferno st US Sports knock off...

http://cgi.ebay.com/1-8-4WD-RC-Gas-Nitro-Truck-Buggy-Car-70mph_W0QQitemZ300123903338QQihZ020QQcategoryZ19168QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Looks tough though. I bought one of these knock offs and it was anything but tough, I spent more on the KO than if I had just bought a hyper 7 or 8.

Guy at my club has one of them, it is totally outclassed in the Truggy Field, it doesn't land (well it does but it just craters then flips), it has no fluid suspenion movements, his lap times are often 10 seconds slower than the fast guys, and thats when he gets a clean one in. Plus he is always fixing it, never seen it finish a race. Plus its shorter than a buggy, short wheelbases are not fun in Truggy class.

I bought a buggy like this on ebay and have spent more than "brand name" money on it trying to keep it running, I learned a lot though. I have a truggy already I am very happy with, I was curious what others would see in the add besides it being an obvious kyosho copy. 70mph is just crazy, maybe 70kmh is more like it, but not on the video. Whoever was driving it in the video had no clue. If they are going to try to sell a "racing" truck they should show it on the track. I hope someone sees this and does not buy it to take to the track but just to drive in the dirt like theirs.
