Status: offline 		I am just getting into Q40 and picked up a couple of used airplanes to get started. I would like to know the CG and recommended throws for these planes if anyone knows. The planes are Foxy Lady by H&M racing the other is a Kaze Killer (I think by H&M as well but not confident). Any help appreciated.

Status: offline 		The Kaze Killer was made by Jerry Small in Texas.

The CG for the foxy Lady is 3 1/2" from the LE.

The CG for the K.K. is 2 3/8" from the LE.

Both dimensions are measured along the centreline of the wing/fuselage. Those measurements are starting points adjust to suit.

Aileron throws, start with 3/16" up and down. Elevator, start with 3/16" up and 1/8" down. All measured inboard. Rudder, 1/2" right. whatever you want left, I usually have virtually no left rudder. If the foxy lady you have has the molded in rudder then put the rudder horn on the right side. The molded hinge can be very stiff. It is easier for the push rod to pull the rudder rather than push it.
