First I did not call the pilots stupid. What I did say was that "Anyone who thinks that I can tell the FAA what to do is boderline stupidity". "For them to think I could is stupid". We all know what happened a few years ago. For us to even have acess to a facility like this is a priviledge, not a right. I saw several instances where the the availability to 5000 ft allowed some to take an airplane home. To blame the incident in the hotel of a few drunken teenagers on Kentucky Jets is totally unfair. I have attended many event over the years, once even 18 in a single year. I have also attended a few bad ones, and no one made a single negative comment. It's as if they were afraid...very very afraid to say anything. I wonder why no one spoke out. Kentucky Jets was a success, and we have already taken advice and made changes for next year.

Patrick - you sh*t-stirrer. How can you look at these pictures of your awesome F4 and pretend you didn't have a blast! Louis - no more apologies. You can't keep 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. But you gave EVERYONE the opportunity to have a good time if they chose to use it.

To Lewis and all the people who helped put this event together I would like to say thanks for a great event. I flew my Hotspot and Roo for 21 flights and burned 12 gallons of Jet-A. When I arrived on thursday morning the rain was very heavy and the skys were low. However by evening the sky clear and we were putting flights in and were getting use to the layout of the flight line. The rest of the weekend was Sunny and HOT! I event of this size is bound to have some hic-ups, but overall I think everything went well. I could fly when ever I wanted and was only delayed when my pin was not in use! Just one other flyer was on the same freq so it wasn't a problem. Pilot Moore(?) was very patient when I had the pin,,,, Thanks! The quality of aircraft flown were fantastic and all of the pilots did a great job
Also, I want to really thank the guys from AMT USA. John, Rodney, Robert and Terry were always there to help, and John's hospitality was first rate!
Again, thanks to everyone!
