Well Folks..................... Kentucky Jets is Here and its time roll the curtins back and get this show on the road! Lewis is VERY excited and many good things are in store for you guys! He says everyone is welcome to start rolling in after Monday and stay the whole week. Flying may take place about any time with the presence of Lewis and the "Official" show begins on Thursday July 5th and will resume all day Sunday July 8th. There will be a FREE Pilots tent 40'x120' available all week/weekend and a Free 40'x80' Vendors/Spectators tent as well provided by Jet Modeler Magazine! There will be an awesome Full Scale Turbine powered Glider presentation along with an L-39 Fly-by airshow and a visit from our Military with an Apache Helicopter for you to view! A parachute Team will get things started off on Saturday and a Wedding will take place on Saturday at Noon with the "Flight of Phantoms" from a few R/C Pilots! (guess who) Afterwards there may be a "scale hour" for 30 minutes if we have enough aircraft to fit the bill. [;)] A dinner will take place on Saturday night for Pilots and awards. There is TONS of camping space available so bring your RV! I will be bringing the "Frosty Crab Shack" so we can chill out under the stars with the cooler [;)]


Belluomini..............I would let you fly one of the Phantoms but the power may be too much for those ELECTRIC hands [:D][:D][:D] Besides................Redman is in LOVE with Miss Blue Angel #3 and we dont want to break his heart now do we???? [;)]

This airport is just fantastic!!!!!!! You guys are going to love it. The trees out front are now GONE. We will make the farmer a lifetime member of Kentucky Jets. The Apaches and Jerry Conley will also appear. Jerry will make a few passes before leaving for an airshow. 5000 feet of runway, and plenty of airspace.

We would really like electricity available to pilots. At the moment we have two sponsors who have agreed to help with the expense of getting a generator (Will be named soon). If any other vendors or manufacturers would like to help, please contact me. 502-429-6365

I will really miss Kentucky Jets this year . I will be leaving for the Jet World Masters in Northern Ireland on July 2 and will not return until the 16 of july. You all will be missed but please make sure you guys have a great time just like last year. It would be nice to see little MR clean flying his F-4 with all the other guys. Last year event was one of the very best and now with more support from other manufacturers ,this event will be no question about being one of the best.

It wont be the same without you Dewey but we'll be cheering for you and the rest of the U.S. Team as you givem hell in Ireland. We'll have to make sure that plenty of picures are taken so that you can feel like your part of the action.

Yes, we have plenty of Jet A at the airport, and Kerosene can be bought almost anywhere in Lebanon.

We are running a newspaper ad that will run in 97 newspapers in a four state area. Should get us plenty of spectators. Will try to post the ad, but so far unsuccessful (wrong format). Will keep trying
