Mine was a '85 nissian 300zx. It had a spun bearing in the engine almost the whole time I had it.

And yes it had a oxiodized hood. Also had 5spd and t-tops. Only paid $400 for the beast.

Lol Nick, you park like people who drive Toyota Tercels. At least once a week someone at our school parks their Tercel like that so they can get underneath and fix whatever is broken.

thats too bad about the VW bus. how did you flip it? 7 mpg is really bad but you have a really fast car to make up for it. its always a trade: performance / economy. I get like 40 something with that car^^, but it doesnt have power when you really need it.

I had a bunch of my friends in the car with me who were all sitting on one side while I took a turn a little too fast.
It still drove home but I was pretty upset,my dad was pretty mad but he still bought me a new car.

I turned 16 while ago, and I'm getting my license in a couple weeks.

I'm going to be gettin a 1995 GMC Yukon. 5.7L 350 in that thing. It sucks gas so bad. I think gas is about $3.15 a gallon here. Our mechanic owned it from about 1995-1997 so it has a K&N Air filter, Aftermarket exhaust system, and an aftermarket performance chip. The hood was pretty oxidized from 12 years of weathering. I got some rubbing compound and NuFinish wax and wroked for 1 1/2 hours to fix it. Looks good now.
