Hi again
The hobby shop that sold Nitromodels planes here in Australia has just closed down (TopRC.com) Everybody I know at my club is raving about the value for money and quality of these ARF's. There is nothing like the Nitromodels range here. I really hope that you start shipping to Australia soon. I have the Pitts 40 and the 60 size Mustang and both are really good value. I would like a Bobcat next . I can no longer buy your models here in Australia . Can you help us.

Sir , have you any Nitromodels distributors in England?
I was in the process of ordering a Cessna when I noticed the postage costs were more than the cost of the model.
I am sure you would get a favourable response from modellers in this country.
Pleas reply to

Yes that's how much it cost to ship to the rest of the world from USA via USPS airmail. Fedex and UPS even cost more. USPS has the cheapest price but have size restrictions. Only most size 25 or smaller planes can be shipped.

Thanks

i was lucky to get around this postage problem.
I bought the 50 size cessna and had it delivered to a container yard in Seattle, where i know someone who ships cars down to Australia, so got it put in a car and got a free ride to me.
The down side is i ordered it in May but i'm still waiting to get it, expected early August. And ofcourse if it's damaged during transport it's my loss.

fingers crossed

I'm sure there would not be damages because UPS from California to Seattle rarely have problem compared to east coast.

Thanks

Nope these guys won't ship Australia either. looks like I will have to import from Singapore Hobbies, they sell phoenix ARF's. Nitromodels please, your range is much more extensive. Everybody at my club wants to know where to by your models when they see my Pitts and my Mustang 60. I can't wait to be able to buy your models here in Oz.

How is the shipping issue comming along? Retailers are selling limited Nitromodels products here in Australia but at very inflated prices. I guess Australia is not a priority for you guys. How can I get your products? I want to buy them! I want to give you my money! Please help me!

Still waiting 9 months later . I can ship a 60 size mustang from Hong Kong for $70. But I want a Nitroplanes Mustang. Cmon dudes. Go international it's good for bussiness. I will wait here patiently and try not to get frustrated.

I would be cautious into believing anything that Nitroplanes.com tells you. The customer service rep told me one thing, and then gave me different information 3 days later. That's after I did everything he told me to do regarding a defective item. Now I'm stuck and out $200 with no recourse. I was told by Nitrostaff1 that they would be improving their customer service and RC products. This was almost 2 years ago. Apparently, it didn't happen. And their Better Business Bureau rating on bbb.com is an "F" rating. It's and "F" for a reason, aka Raiden Tech, their main company.
