My CEN ( NX-15 Lighting CT4-S ) lost against Traxxas ( Nitro 4-Tec 3.3. ) so can you help me to pick out a faster and more powerful motor for my CEN CT4S

Yes it is the same kind...!! so what should I do to make it fastest then the Traxxas ( Nitro 4-Tec 3.3. )

how is it beating you? acceleration or top end?

the 3.3 only puts out maybe 30k rpms so i would get a potent .12 engine... if it fits. like a hyper engine, a picco or one of the italian race engines. you might lose off the line power but you gain another 6,000 rpms.

though i think you would have the most luck just making the gear ratio taller. get bigger pinions and smaller spurs. this is the cheapest methold because the engine you have in there spins faster then the 3.3.
the diffence in a couple teeth make a huge impact.

and if you want a quick power boost look into the rd logics supercharger. make sure you ask the company if it fits you'r car.

its okay because I found my self a engine thats gives out 48,000 rpms

yeah superchargers, booster bottles, etc. on a 2 stroke are a waste of money, time, and effort

jeeze. i should've known, i know almost everything on how an engine works, i even know how to fix them! i forgot that the exougst port is open while the intake is injecting the mixture.... it is like spraying the mixture right out of the engine! nice gimmic.

forget what i said. now i feel STUPID

Gain only 6k??? Sirio .12 racing series, RB and novarossi engines are capable of 45k rpm. thats 15k more...4-tec's 3.3 would never stand a chance against them. Neither in acceleration or top speed.
