This noobs opinion on the blade tracking is that you might have to adjust the feathering shaft nuts(like Crash says). I had a heck of a time a few months ago with this same problem. All I did was tighten the nuts on the feathering shaft until the blade holders failed to turn smoothly(this also sets the o-rings nicely into the heads cavity) and then backed the nut out, just enough to give you the play that you need. The tighter the tolerance to the head with nice smooth movement, seemed to be the ticket for me....Of course make sure that your shaft is not taco'd, doood! One time I installed the Bell Arms with the long arm of the part pointing out instead of in toward the head....Talk about not being able to track blades!! lol, it took me a frustrated week to figure it out!!
