ORIGINAL: betapilot I hear ya, minimal, lol. Its okay man, the first step is admitting you have a problem. I never made it past that step so beyond that you are on your own. Yer a nut....LMAO. Been looking at the min-spot lights on E-Bay...yup...I got a problem (LOL). Ya know,in real life back in the day,all of us HATED the 58a.It was slow, underpowered, unmanuverable, and it was prone to blowing out the packing on the shortshaft. It was not made for aeroscouts, and of course that was what we had to use till we finaly got our REAL loh's back (OH-6A).Also,the 58's had hydrolic control systems that took a crap on ya with just a few rounds.Glad I didn't have to be in those for very long.In fact, just yesterday a buddy of mine I used to fly with told me he'll be seeing me around the 11th of july.Life am good. -lohchief LMAO.....yeah, mine is SLOW and underpowered (3200kv), AND handles like $hit too, and I'm not kidding either, BUT it actually flies better than any scaler I've had to date. It'll hover "hands off" and stay put for long periods of time, slow forward flight is reasonable. When I go into FF, then it gets a little hairy. For some reason, it wants to flare after about 20yds. Pushing forward on the stick just makes it loose altitude. If I apply throttle agressively, and push the stick forward....it cuts down on the flaring while maintaining altitude. It's very interesting to fly compared to any model I've flown before. I don't think top end forward speed with this thing is going to be very impressive.
