Telebee hh gyro - $45.95
logitech 2100t - $95
futaba 401 - $129

All in stock, but on the logitech, I like them but the csm lw200 is better for less money ($89). The little bee gyros hold well and will do a great job even on the 450's, hdx comes with them stock and they hold awesome and for the money, they can't be beat,

Rusty....your Danlion KA400H 3500, do you carry 11T pinions for that? I looked for pinions on your website...didn't see any.

does anyone know which of the USB cables here will work with G3 sim and futaba 7CHP Tx?
http://www.ushobbysupply.com/index.php?cPath=47&osCsid=d87afdc6c15a02ca868748287790b509
i tried using a different cable in the past, it had a box in-line with the cable, but Winblows XP refused to read the Tx after installing all the software for it (PPJpoy, etc).

Need help. Got my HBK2 today and I have a problem. The motor and main gear spin but I get nothing out of the blades. What's going on here?

Sounds like you have the wires from the motor and ESC backwards. Switch the + and - (black and red) and see what happens.

it was flying though and i had a small crash from 2 feet up. when it landed, it went crazy like the Tx was out of range and then the blades stopped moving and the motor and main gear kept spinning. I think something with the gear is stripped out and thats why i'm not getting the blades to spin when i move the gear by hand.

If motor and main gear spins fine, Look to make sure the bolt that holds the head to the main shaft is still in place. The shaft could be spinning and you not notice if the head screw is broken/missing.

I took the screw out at the bottom of the main shaft. Now I have the main gear off along with the one-way bearing and auto-drive shaft. But I dont understand why it's doing what it's doing. It's like it's missing something but everything seems to be in order. I even have the maual out and I'm going through that, part for part, and nothing so far. How ****ty is this? lol

Does the main shaft spin when you spin the main gear and or motor? Or if you spin the head and blades does it spin the main shaft? If not , then Id say that the screw that goes through the head and main shaft is broken.

I think I messed up something in the one-way bearing or the one-way bearing hold. It wont grip to the main shaft at the bottom. Everything else, as far as screws, are where they should be. This sucks.

When I spin the Main gear, the motor spins and that's it. When I spin the blades, everything else stays still. Where is this screw that you guys are talking about?

Follow the main shaft up with your fingers/eyes. The screw will be held on by a recessed nut just above where the head starts and the main shaft ends. If you broke it off, you may only see a mounting hole....Just look on both sides for a cavity that a hex nut would fit. I believe in Heli talk, this would be the "Jesus Pin", or so I have heard it referred....IE: You sheared your Jesus Pin...That could explain your problem though...Let us know what you find.

Also, don't get too discouraged. These heli's are temperamental and touchy and can be a PINA...It's half the fun of owning these Fargin bastages!!!

Peace,

Z

Hex nut and "jesus pin" are good to go. Still there. Tell me this, inside the "one-way bearing" there are little pins. Are they used to grip around the main shaft at the bottom or something? I think the problem is with the main gear or the parts that go in it. But I cant put my finger on it.

If you have the Manual handy you'll see what I'm talking about. Page 15, lower left hand corner. You'll see a picture of the main gear, one way bearing hold, one way bearing, and then the one way auto drive shaft. Please tell me I'm not going crazy over here? Hahahaha
