2mm pinions are available on my site, in a couple of different sizes. They have a set screw which makes it nice. This is a new product and has been a long time in the making. Great for DF#4's, BladeCP and any other 2mm shaft motor

Cool, Michael, thanks. I haven't bought anything Blade CPP-sized in a lloooonnnggg time .

I actually had to put mine into semi-retirement. I come by every now and again, but I'm flying bigger helis right now. I might get it back out when it gets colder, if I don't want to go to the field, but for now..... People are still around to answer questions, though.

Same here, lol. Finally got my EXI to do some stable back flips. Wow was that ever a rush. Once I did the first one it was like I've been doing it for years. Even got a couple seconds of inverted in. I owe it to the new 401 and 9254 keeping the tail nice and tight. Never a good camera around when ya need one.

yes, the hardest part about flips is getting over being scared to do them. Get a feel for them in a sim first, and they're really easy, and they help get you used to seeing your heli upside down.

I haven't taken out my King 2 in months. But now that it's getting cold and snowy here in CO I'll be taking her out again. Or should I say in.

I use G4 but get bored real easy with it as it flies nothing like my EXI.

Today I went took it out to get some fly time in. First battery did some warm up sport flying and a couple flips. Second battery, not sure what happened. About 2 minutes in, it just shut off as if though I flipped the Throttle hold on. Lucky for me I was in hover position and still had control of pitch. Landed fine. Unplugged the battery to reset the system, checked everything over and took it up just a few feet off the ground to see if it did it again. Sure enough... down to the ground again. Walked away with no damage but a puzzling engine shutoff. Came home and decided to try it again and it worked fine for 5 more minutes of flight left on the battery. Strange. No idea what happened there. Could a fire station radio tower cause something like this? DX7 + AR7000. Only thing I could concluded is that its the new battery I'm flying. Zippy 2200 25-35c. It only happened on the one battery of the 6 that i have. Will do some more test flights and see what happens.

I have my swash mix settings at 55's on the DX7. Maybe that's why my backflip was so slow.
