Nope: a right hand RoboStrut is a right hand RoboStrut, and a left hand one is a left hand one. Only way to get the wheel on the correct side would be to have the link/ scissors on the wrong side. That should be trailing/ on the back side.

Another reason for me to just purchase a set of Robart retracts and RoboStruts, NOT specicallyfor one of these B-25s. And like Isaid earlier: I can get them cheaper than the Horizon price of $320 (without air kit).

The use of CapsLock is not only considered to be a form of shouting, and rude by some: it also makes it more difficult to read. Please calm down and turn off the CapsLock.

Sorry to hear about the color mis-match. I just did the initial inspection (inside under house lights) of one I am assembling. I hope I don't have the same color thing. I will take a look at them together outside tomorrow in the daylight.
Here's what I have right now: The engines came mounted with this one as well. Time saver some what. Both wings have broken sheeting and holes in the covering on the bottom just outboard of the aileron mount plates. The right wing leading edge is pretty beat up as well.
The kit came with two left vertical stabs and rudders, one of which has a hole in the rudder covering. The lower fuselage cover is too short by about an 1/8 of an inch length-wise. The nose section glass is cracked at one of the 90 deg corners. Other than this all looks well! LOL
Going to inform my LHS dealer and get some new parts coming. I plan on installing the spring down/air up Robart 737RS 90 deg main/105 deg nose set. The nose rails in the fuselage are wide enough; however, the main mount rails need some modifying in the nacelles.
I plan on removing the inboard support bulkhead and retract mount rail, moving it inboard 1/8 inch. The 730 series rails are 2 inches wide. This shouldn't be too difficult what with the way the Chinese use their glue.

Corsair Jock:

In regards to decals for a Doolittle Raider, had mine doing by Callie-graphics.. ( KMP B-25) A very nice job she did for me...I just send to her the sheet of decals and she did them all, including the Doolittle Raider " The Ruptured Duck", design..Very reasonable on price...Picture of the plane is on her web site..Am sure she has them on file and why not ask her about them...maybe she can reduce them to fit your B-25...Give her a shout.

good luck

This is really odd to hear about the color mis-match. We never saw this on any of our prototypes. I will say the color mismatch on the Top Flite is just as you describe though. Not saying anything bad here, just what I have observed when I was flying with Greg Hahn at the DOGS show.

Can you post a picture of the mismatch so we can see? I would be interested to see how bad it is. ANyone else have a problem here? If so a few pictures and we will work the issue.

Unfortunately we do not. There is no paint available from Horizon Hobby in a spray can that matches Ultracote.

Tony Stilman at Radio South will custom mix PPG paints for you to match I do believe.

Well i took my b25 to the field yesterday and showed all the pilots there and they all noticed the differance in color, one of the other members brought one of his wings and a engine necelles and it was the same way..
At noon yesterday under direct sunlight you could see the differance, but most of the guys there said they thought it was ok, and theres probly nothing anyone could do about it!
and that the color was as close as its going to be,,,,,, i exspected the colors to be exact but i guess i will have to live with it!!!!!!!!

I did get to maiden it though,, i flew it 4 times, I can say that it flew like a charm, very easy plane to fly and the evo 36 engines are plenty of power,,,,, but after carefull inspection today as i cleaned up my b25 from the flying yesterday, i noticed stress cracks in the fiberglass necelles, on the bottom right behind the firewall, and at the back on top
right behind where the necelle bolts to the wing,, dont know whats going on but i hope it does not get any worse,,,,, there is very little vibration that i could feel on the plane, and the props are balenced perfectly,,, i guess time will tell......?

Very rarely do colors of covering and paint have an exact match. As for the cracks: please keep us posted.

Yes i will keep everone informed, i was pretty shocked when i saw it,,,, the crack is where the first former is just behind the fiberglass firewall,,, i will say that its not a bad idea to reinforce every where inside the engine necelles!
