I am in need of getting a hold of 150 A123 cells. I am hoping to get get them for under $10 a cell, and have heard that in the EV world they were being sold for $6 a cell (but are now all out). I have been looking on ebay, but the lowest i can find is ~120 for a dewalt pack.

Please help me out with obtaining a large volume of cells.
