spoolup -> Fun Piccolo & Battery Question (3/6/2003 6:55:40 PM) I just bought a new Fun Piccolo, and I 'm contemplating if I should buy a new battery. I have 8 cells that are 1800 mAh NiMh sitting in my toolbox that have never been used. Should I use the 1800's or buy something less? like 700's. Thank you for any replies.

smokingcrater -> Fun Piccolo & Battery Question (3/12/2003 1:35:27 AM) you won't get it off the ground using 1800 (i'm assuming AA) batts. much too heavy, go Kokam Li-poly. (li-ion's will have a hard time with 3-4 amps, the kokam 1020's are really popular in piccs now, have some coming for myself currently...)
