Sorry, I was out having fun and flying my Fusion! Many have used the spektrums and the most common setup I've seen is one rx in the hatch area between the ribs withthe antenna running parallel to the wings (i.e. sticking out both sides) and the other rx double sided taped to the side of the fuse just above the wing (on the outside of course).

My Spektrum RX is mounted in the aft cutout in the fuselage (behind the wing tube). Two wires to attach at the field and it's done. This seemed like the best solution in my case, since I can't transport the model assembled to/from the field. It's worked great from the get-go.

Thanks guys. Racecity, where did you put your secondary receiver for the spectrum receiver?

Z-man...

I put the remote receiver in the forward cut-out (ahead of the wing tube). You can fish the lead through easy enough, and I sandwiched the remote RX between a couple small pieces of thin latex foam. The remote receiver antenna is oriented vertically in the forward cutout, and the main receiver is oriented horizontally in the aft cutout.

It was a bit of a PITA to decide what to do initially, but all said, and done....it's worked quite well.

If you don't NEED to take the airplane apart for transport at the end of the day....then it'd be a simple matter of plopping everything in one of the wings and that would work just as well I'm sure.
