There are two versions of this plane. You can select which version ( not I am NOT referring to the colorschemes! ) using the pull down on the web site. One version is retract ready, the other is not. You can use standard and mini servos on this plane. Some people have also installed hi-torque low profile wing servos on the horizontal stab to control the elevator. It will fly fine with an O.S. 50 or larger engine, even a .46 will do. It is a sleek airplane so you'll probably want a prop with a higher pitch for faster flight so that it unloads more at speed. e.g. a 10x7 or 10x8. I'm using a GMS .76 engine with a 10x7x3 blade prop on mine. The retract ready .50 version can utilize Robart retracts such as the 510 series, that are targetted to 12lb+ planes. Smaller wire retracts are inadvisable as the gear wire tends to bend far too easily. It is VERY important that the front wheel gear be longer than the rear so that the plane has a slight positive incidence when it is flat on the ground. If you do not do this it will not come up off the runway!
