Blade tracking, flybar paddle tracking (do tracking with pitch guage first), blade CG, flybar length on each side equal, and loctite on all metal/metal screws. That's what I'd check anyhow.

Balance the blades, check flybar length on each side of head, make sure both paddles are 0 degree pitch, power up trans. and heli, at center collective stick make sure swashplate is center and level, use pitch gauge and set blade at 0 degree pitch by adjusting linkage for that blade, put gauge on other blade and zero that one by adjusting that lingage, now set your pitch curves only having to use the pitch gauge on the one blade you are on. That should get everything real close so you can go out and hover it and check the tracking.

Make sure your main and tail blades aren't on to tight, it should only take slight pressure to move them in the grip. It's normal to get some wobble at first until the blades find thier sweet spot but that should go away during spool up.
