lynntonyd -> Vulcan SE for $185? What's up? +More ??? (7/3/2007 8:33:20 PM)

I just saw on the Internet-RC website that the Vulcan SE is now $185! [sm=what_smile.gif] That is making me really consider one. I have about a million questions though. Here goes... forgive the number of questions but maybe others have the same ones.

1. Can my local shop get these and sell to me for $185 or is that a direct only price?
2. Is the Vulcan SE being phased out or upgraded or modified? Normally a price chop can signal these things.
3. Can I buy any little parts I might need like dogbones, screws and clips etc if/when I smash it up?
4. Any chance of a Photon SE? I love the look of all the aluminum red hop ups on the Vulcan SE!!!!!!
5. Is it possible to buy a Vulcan SE and spend $100 on a good motor and ESC and make my own Photon SE?
6. Do you sell a roller or kit version without motor and/or w/o electronics?
7. Website says the $185 price was valid until June 30th... but its still there.... is it still valid?
8. Do you sell street wheels/tires for it? Or will standard wheels from other cars fit?
9. How many of these have you sold in the US? I see positive feedback and reviews but also a lot of negative stuff on the forums. I take that with a grain of salt because very few people come here unless they have a problem. But still, my local shop has never heard of IRC and they carry all of the major brands with every hop up in stock. Its nice to have that kind of availability and service. Any comments on that?

Sorry... I probably have 53 more questions... that's enough for now.
Thank you
Tony

Oh yeah! I knew I had another question!

10. The RCU review talked about a .10 engine. Truth? When?!

Thanks

The Super Sale on the Vulcan SE at the Internet-RC website has ended. Even though, it still is on sale right now for $329. at the Internet-RC website.

All replacementsa parts are available.

You can not convert a Vulcan to a Photon.

Allot of the Vulcan SE aluminum parts will fit the Photon. No Photon SE is on the drawing board at this time.

IRC has several hundred shops accross the country that sell their products. Your particular shop may not carry our products but they probably can if they want to. IRC Racing is fairly well known around the world. They may say they never heard of us because they are trying to sell you a product that they already have in stock.

I can not give you specific US Sales numbers but over 10,000 Vulcan/Vulcan SE units have been sold worldwide.

I am not certain what 3rd party tires/wheels fit the car but I am pretty certain that there are other brands that will fit.

I think this answers your questions.

That's not a support question! (LOL)

Seriously, I think they may go on sale at the www.internet-rc.com website around the end of this month (A little birdy told me).
