Would you please help me how to resolve the unstable problem of idle....I installed FUJI43EI on EDGE 540T wingspan 85", This engine passed break in already since I fly more than 20 times. (12 mins each time).
However since the beginning when I purchased this engine from Towerhobbies. I still cannot get a very stable idle speed so far.

I used KLOTZ oil with 32:1 and 95 octane.
Prop APC 20 x 8 and get max speed at 7300 rpm.
I tune the engine by starting from the instruction manual (3/4 turns from close position for HIGH and 1-3/4 turns from close position for LOW)
The transition from zero to mid range is OK and transition quickly from zero to 100% is a bit slow but the engine is not stop.

When I move throttle stick down to zero and wait for idle a bit about 1 mins then I listen the idel speed and sometime is overspeed and sometime is slower for a while So I have to move forward throttle stick to keep motor running.

Sometime if I wait for 3-5 mins I observe the idle speed is slower and stop sometimes. It is not like other Gas that I have such as DA, 3W, ZDZ...

I used 4.8 volts 1500 mAh FUTABA battery pack for EIS and connect ground wire of EIS to engine mount.

Open both needles to 1-1/2 turns out from closed and then adjust them from there. Start by adjusting the high-speed needle first. It sounds like your engine is too lean on the high-speed needle, which will affect the low-speed running.
