rcflyer1960, our website is www.meister-scale.com.

Luckyy,

To answer your questions about are there less kits being sold now than before...the answer is YYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

What I mean is YES, or Yes, or yEs, or yeS!

lol why? Well, that is where the market has gone for most of the hobby community and I really don't think that it is all bad. After all, many are now being able to get into the hobby with much less cash and time invested. For the average modeler or the Sunday flier, this is great and I'm glad that the market has opened a door. However, when you go to the other side of this hobby.....the "darker side"........the more professional side that consist of people who really have a deep passion for building and flying scale planes, I think that is our market. Basically all of the crazy goofballs who have posted prior to mine! I LOVE ALL OF YOU BECAUSE I"M ONE OF YA!!!!

We love to build and fly large aircraft and I can tell you that there is a brotherhood here that can't be beat! I mean that! Yes as many people know, we are fighting with some copy cat guys and they know who they are and they are reading this thread. I'm sure they are trying to scramble to make the next Meister before we do. Oh well. Its hard enough competing with the arf market let alone these clones out there trying to kill a good thing.

Okay Okay, sorry about that. As for the P-39, I need some sources for documentation guys! Why? You think Dino is going to draw up the plans? No way buddy! Your talking to the guy who will have to make this work. So, lets talk P-39. Good sources for me to start digging?

Keep em flying ya'll!
PJ

Merry Christmas PJ but I think I'm the one who got the best present. To learn that Aero Accessories and Meister Scale are actually giving consideration to the P-39 just made my day! Thank you!!!!!

I have two 8 1/2" X 11" drawings by Paul Matt of the P-39Q that illustrate the Airacobra in 3-View. The drawings also give the wing NACA numbers, incidence angles, dihedral angle and fuselage section views in nine stations. If this is something you would find of value, please, drop me a note to my home email address, rrudy2@charter.net, and I'll send the scanned images to you quickly.

Take care, My Friend, and may this holiday season bring you joy and happiness to you and yours. Give my regards to Dino.

Al

Merry Christmas all!,

If the guys in charge are still open to suggestions.

May I recommend the Mitsubishi J2M3 as a candidate for a nice 80 ish inch wingspan?
http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/IJARG/j2mraiden.html

I don't recall seeing this plane reproduced all that often and it is very distinctive.

PJ, I'm sending you about 300 or so images in 4 or 5 emails. I tried to send you a 15mb one last night but it bounced as your mail server doesn't allow mail that big, so I'll break it up even smaller.

There are about 10 pages of line drawings, and the remaining are hundreds of images of the P-39 (mostly Q's and the 400) from all over the world. I'm also scanning in some other stuff to add along with it which includes some maintenance and pilot manuals for the P-39 from both the US and Russia.

Hi Guys,

Maybe a Conversion kit for a A -36 Apache, on the big Mustang, ?

Helldiver

Avenger

Goodyear F2-G Super Corsair

P -40 "B"

Wildcat

These Models are rarely seen, & I Belive they would be good sellers in 100 + inch span,
With or without fiberglass fuse's, I like the Glass fuse's myself.

Is the P-39 or P-63 ready yet??? What's the holdup??

Check with Bob Banka. He has a lot of photo's available. If you come out with a P-63 then maybe that will prompt my friend so we can finish his (full size) P-63. It should be next in the hanger after I finish up the 2 Yak-3's I'm doing right now.

Jeff,

As soon as I get done with the plug for the fiberglass fuse for the 84 109 I'm starting on the P-51B. It will be ready for you by then!

Amen deacon!!!!
I would like to see the spit revised to incorporate the poly-hederal design of the wing, the wing fairing that is so distinctive in the Spit , and finally make the tail and nose moments closer to scale in relation to the 96" wing span. The flat bottom wing and oversized tail feathers are OK
Thanks for asking for our input.
Regards
A3

Hmmm.. guess those who "whine" the most . . . get their plane ??

OK... here goes... again .....

ME 109 E

ME 109 E

ME 109 E

ME 109 E

Come on.. just a few tweaks in the front, tail brace, a new spinner.. and wing-tip mods??
What could be easier than that ?? P-l-u-e-e-e-z ? ? (102" version )

Did I mention the ME 109 E yet ?? E ! E ! E !

Happy new year !!

Hope your move went well Dino.
