Nic Case last years winner of the Worlds Fasstest Car Challenge was clocked at 130 mph with his Fusion. This speed was radar confirmed.[;)]

Nic's stuff is all electric but Ziggys is all nitro!!! He has a crazy 3 engine 2-speed 4 wheel drive landspeed attemp vehicle. If he can get rid of the gremlins he estimates 150mph.[:D]

I would have to see the gearing but I cant see 150 on that 3 motor car. In the end he still has to develope massive RPM at the wheels to get the speed. It would be very interesting to watch.

His final gear ratio is close to 1-1 I think it is really a tall final gear ratio. At half throttle he has been clocked at 80mph . He had some radio range issues that day so he could not do a full course run. He fixed his radio problem I can't want to see how fst he goes on his next run.

That radio range thing is going to get a lot of people. I have been able to hit 80 plus in around 70 feet with my electrics then rolling 100 in around 120. The problem I am having is keeping the car on the ground. I am working on a venturi under the car based on Bernoulli's principals. I hope this works I am getting tired of replacing the chassis after a flight 10 feet into the air. Well good luck to him. It is really a cool looking car.

surely a set of tuned pipes would make A LOT of difference to the performance of that beast, but then again the open pipes do look good [>:]

the wing in the middle should help with the downforce but I think your going to need an airdam up front to counteract the rear wing because it wont take much air getting under it to send it flying around 150mph. Love the look tho

Yes Adam it did 103 Ziggy is designing a new car for next years comp with a cvt in it. Ziggy has some unique visions and approaches to car design.[;)] His V-1rrr with the single .21 was more impressive it went over 100mph.

just for the picture, dont worry, lol. i still dont get how he can use 3 differnt engines? this thing is slick, and i hope he brings it out again, if his estimate is rgiht, 150 mph would be the new recored, awesome.

how do those pipes work? whares the fuel pressure line? if its an open pipe there wouldnt be any pressure to push the fuel to the carb..??
