I agree 100%

When a engine is tuned correctly it should not be very hard to start up ( when primed correctly ) and if you pinch the tubing to cut off the fuel to kill the engine ( lean-killing is still in debate ) the engine should only rev up a little and for 2-4 seconds. any longer then your a bit rich and any shorter then your lean (usually have to tune the LSN for this)
