OK I guess this is a truggy. What can I do to an RC10T3?
I want a mix of more tourque and top end, along with longer run times.
Ideas? Gearing, motor, ESC, battery? I will go bearings to replace all
the bushings for sure.

it's not a truggy it's just a 2wd stadium and a brushless system would be the easiest way to increase both torque and speed with lipo pack you won't loose runtime either

Sorry, don't know much about the cars and trucks. I have been in planes, and now am just getting into this part of RC.
