OK guys...I put the Traxxas tuned pipe on my T-Maxx, now it has less bottom end, and no top end. I tried leaning it, and richening it, doesn't seem to make much difference, just makes more noise. Anybody got any ideas, any of you guys tried one? It ran better with the stock pipe.....Coop

Hmm, which is that? I have an accosiated pipe with a hole that has been bored out to like 3/4" it was a speed pipe off a rc10gt. I wouldnt recommend it either, I am thinking about trying a cvec next, have you tried adjusting header length?

If you are using the stock engine get the MIP header and pipe set.
The pipe exits out the rear (no mess!) And works real good with the stock engine and gear setup!
You will gain low end and top end power! I have installed about 10 of these pipes for people and never had 1 complaint. This is the best sounding setup to!

I have just recently installed two of the same traxxas tuned pipes for two of my customers and had no problem tuning out the engine. i did notice however that the machine work on the pipe was a little lacking. If i were you i would check the back pressure fitting to see if it is blocked and check your pressure line for trash. Your problem sounds like a lack of bck pressure.
