Thanks to all of you who weighed in on my waayy off-topic piano tuning question in the beginners forum. I didn't get a chance to say so before it was closed. This advice was invaluable, I had no idea a piano was not as simple as my first thought about locktite. I will hire a professional. Thank you! As a somewhat newbie I didn't even realize this off-topic area was even here. But I DO know you RC airplane people as a group are incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. Thanks again.

Maybe if you had asked about how to instal wheels, wings and engine, then casually slip in how to keep the nuts secure, might have been acceptable from this bunch

Well as someone said, if I put an airplane enging on top of my piano, it would be on-topic. Not only do have airplane engines on top of my piano, I have airplane stuff all around the house!. The thing I seriously lack in this old house is a workshop! This time of year, it's my picnic table on the deck. In winter, it's all over the kitchen and breakfoost nook. My basement is prone to flooding and my detached garage has no power and is HOT.

Thanks for saying hi.
