For the last month I have been unable to contact Carl Goldberg products by phone. I have attempted to order a new canopy for my Tiger 2 through their website order system but there must be problem with their website as I cannot complete the order.
I have received a couple of e-mails , one that asked me to place my order on their open e-mail site, that which I will not, of course do.
I called Tower Hobbies as they are the distributor and the people I talked to could not contact them by phone either.
What the hell is going on with these people? Either they don't care or maybe they aren't concerned with a customer in need of parts for a plane.
I may well no longer consider purchasing any more Goldberg kits if this is an example of the kind of service they offer to their customers.

I recently purchased a Protege kit from Tower Hobbies. When I went through it, I could not find the bolt on wing kit instruction sheet. I sent them an email through their website and got a reply that they got a blank email. I resent the request and 2 weeks later got the instructions.

Later, while building, I realized that my kit came with the wrong hardware kit. I again went through the website and got the same reply that they got a blank email. Again, I replied with my problem and have not heard from them. I finally went to the hobby store and bought what I needed.

I was thinking about building a GB Super Chipmunk, but now am having second thoughts.

In either the most recent or the issue before of Model Aviation Magazine, it was announced that Carl Goldberg was sold to another company. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the company. If you contact AMA, they may know it.

The link above me I didn't get but.

I went to CG website and then went to Carl Goldberg Products Dealer Locator = local hobby shop and then in the dealer section at the top it switched and said Great planes dealer which sounds like a good thing
as I am new to this and just bought a Goldberg Tiger 60 Kit. and the above posts made me nervous, so it sounds like if you want parts or info either goto Great Planes web or go down and support you local hobby shop. cause it said you can order repair parts through them(local hobby shop). Hopefully

hope this helps.
