Status: offline 		alright thanks for those links, i think i found a rtr tt-01 on here drift ready for a good price so i might get that to see if i like drifting and maybe after that i will build a kit this winter.

Status: offline 		Just another idea. Tower's Tamiyas are a bit expensive. RC Mart has the exact same model at $105.90 here:http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=420_34&products_id=15075

You could get this radio to round it out. http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=36_47&products_id=24103

Of course shipping is probably going to be more expensive and with a Tower Hobbies coupon you might break even, but it could be worth looking into. RC Mart also has a ton of TT01 hop-ups and for cheaper than Tower. Just a thought.

Status: offline 		lol dont forget that ur gona need to buy bats a radio and a charger for some packages so make sure u have some left over money for the other stuff radio cost alot sometimes if u get the pistol grip ones too (sometimes)

Status: offline 		I have ordered from both Tower and RC Mart and both were fine. I haven't heard anything negative against RC Mart on here yet. Their shipping may take a little longer but they are based in Asia so I guess that is expected. The reason I suggested it is that hopups on RC Mart tend to be cheaper and more widely available than on Tower. Example:

This isn't to say that Tower is no good. I buy a lot of stuff still from Tower: Batteries, Chargers, Radios, Tires, Wheels, etc... But the Tamiya Kits and parts are a lot cheaper from RC Mart. Whether the difference in shipping cancels that out, I'm not sure.

EDIT: Forgot to ask. Do you need batteries and a charger?

Status: offline 		I have a couple 6 cell stick packs and i have a charger but i might wanna get some better battery's once i get more $$$money$$$. I think i might go with towerhobbies because they are in the U.S. and they have coupons.
