Status: offline 		does anyone have any experience with these? i am thinking of installing two of them in a 45inch catamaran.....will they give me enough power to get it moving, or should i think about a smaller hull?

Status: offline 		I would go with something around 30-37" for a dual cat.

Anything larger and it might not perform all that well.

I was going to go with an electric outboard for my next built, but the lack of decent outboards makes me go nitro. I read up on the GTX and don't like how the parts are pretty rare to come accross and the shaft uses 4mm threaded Graupner props only. To me it just wasn't worth it.

If you want dual outboards I would suggest getting a lower from a 3.5cc engine with a flex cable and using brushless motors.
