FBD My Opion would be the newer sizes and batches of Saito's have been Americanized. They have upped the use of higher Nitro and more flyers are feeding Saito's a diet of 20/20 Fuel . This tells me the compression or timing has been dropped gradually. YS's are not the choice of European and Aussy sport flyers and Saito doesn't seem as popular outside of the USA ,because of the Nitro glut...........Keep in mind that some engines are shimmed or machined different for American consumption. The biggest seller for the American market is now 15% Nitro as compared to 10% of a several years ago.

The good thing about Saitos is that you can just buy the next size up and run 10% nitro to get the same performance as a smaller engine on 30%.

Because they're so light, you can put a 125 in where a 90-sized 2-stroke or other brand of 4-stroke would fit. The SA125 on 10% nitro is more than a match for a 30%-nitro-fed 90-sized 2/4-stroke from most other manufacturers.

Saitos run fine on either 5% or 10% nitro.

I believe the Enya .91-4C came with just one deep nut on the crankshaft and no lock-nut to speak of.

At least that's how it appeared in all the photos...

Any decent hardware store sells jam nuts of just about any size and thread. A jam nut in this case is just like a regular nut only half the length or less.

No matter how hard I cranked on the inter-locking jam-nuts that came with my TT 91 FS a backfire sent them zinging. It got to the point where the threads on the 'capturing' nut stripped out.

Shown below are a 5/16 X 24 jamnut and a hardened steel nut on the propshaft. The originals are in front.
