I am trying to locate my secondary receiver in a plane and it would be much easier to unplug so I can just run the wire through a hole and then plug it back in. Is the secondary receiver made to be unplugged?

Thanks in advance

I think it is a white connector on the secondary receiver.

Yes.
You can also buy Spektrum extensions through 36" (6", 9", 12", 24", 36"
Just be certain to plug them back in solidly and check the range (yeah, it's belt and suspenders).
