got really bad experience with Reflex support crew and its sales staff.

my 5.01 dongle didnt work, sent them couple of email, not even a sound from them until you tempt them with another purchase (upgrade of dongle).

but shipping is 39 euros for a 13 X 13 X 10 cm box containing a dongle, 1 CD Rom and a piece of wire to Singapore, how heavy can this things be?

upgrade of dongle is 49euros and shipping is 39 euros for shipping a small box weighing no more than 300grams? senseless isnt it?

anyone else with similar experience with them?

I have a feeling that they may be growing tired and are not as profitable as they might have hoped or imagined.
Now they seem to be pricing themselves out of my pocket.
Some may like their new controller xmitter, but the improvements have grown $$$ beyond my pleasure.
Fortunately others like Phoenix are stepping up to the plate.

Good luck with that Dongle issue.
