hahaha its still clean flamin......dirty it up just once and take some pics...
here are some pics....still fine tuning but it started withing seconds...the DX3 is awesome I allways thought that an upgraded radio was a waste but if I could I'd eat those words....the CVD's are also a great upgrade I notice much crisper exceleration...I guess I can loosen my slipper a little bit now...
I'm still not done...I am currentley waiting for the front/rear CVD's,,
17mm alloy hubs
RPM skid plate covers
I am sewing my own shock covers with some material I grabbed at Walmart
RPM rear step bumper,
I have to add the screening to the cooling holes..
I really don't care if anybody likes it or not...cause I love this thing....my little Maxxine

thx guys....I have the R/R tranny gears as well but I'll wait until the plastic fails before I open up the tranny and put in the FOC...the only other major thing will be a set of Moab's on all 4 corners..I never build anything I can't play with

I hate to admit it but I have not messed with this truck in about 6 months. It is covered with dust begging for attention. Still have not installed the steering servo or the radio gear. Been to busy flying my RC planes, it's been to nice of weather to sit in the house working on a truck when you can be out flying. I will get around to it one of these days. I did build this truck to run, not to sit on a shelf. It has all top of the line parts in it from RR gears to Boca bearings. The plastic fuel tank was installed just so atleast one part would be from a T-MAXX.

It would kind of suck if a $1000 dollar Maxx like mine would beat yours

Would beat who and in what way? My truck was not built for speed. It was built to look good. Anyone can build a fast truck, but lookin good is a $high rollers$ game.

its all about balance...a little bit of bling never hurt anyone....but nothing beats throwing this thing arround like a ragdoll..

o and another thing about why i dont use metal...plastic weighs less, so if you plan on running it then the metals a waste, unless of course your just bashing
