Looks like $149.95, which is right in line with what the Diamante 25E costs. When you think about it, the eratix is only $50 more than a Mini Pulse. So far, it's not so bad. http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=EFL4075 Forget about the Power 25. We need lots of gut busting torque for this baby, so the Power 32 is that way to go. $89.95, which is only $5 more than the Power 25, and $25 more than the 480 we use in the Mini Pulse. I am sort of afraid what the speed controller is going to cost, however..... [image]http://www.horizonhobby.com/ProdInfo/EFL/450/EFLA1060-450.jpg[/image] http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=EFLA1060 Hey, even that isn't so bad. That's 79.95 compareed to $54.95 for the 40amp E flite ESDC we are using in the Mini Pulse and Mini Ultra Sticks with the 480. I'm still doing research, but I believe this ESC has a BEC that can handle up to 4S operation. This will save about $20 that we would otherwise have to spend for a separate BEC. On this link it says 3S operation, but I remember reading somewhere that this ESC would handle 4S operation without a separate BEC. We've been running the Power 32 on 4S in the Ultra Stick 25E without a separate BEC, mostly because we didn't know any better. So far we haven't had any trouble, but all my Power 32 planes are grounded until I figure out how to handle the BEC issue. Hopefully this ESC will solve that issue. I really don't want to add a separate BEC because it's just more complexity, but I don't want my ESC frying and crashing the plane either.
