the point is that you can go out and have some fun, my Tsunami is not the best out there, but it gets the job done. every kind of truck is going to break or have some kind of trouble. the great thing about redcat is that they offered an rc that was affordable enough for me to get into this hobby. for the money, i couldn't be happier

I agree Mcat. My Tornado BB(s) were a great introduction to this wonderful sport/hobby. Over the last month I have managed to break a lot of stuff and fix a lot of stuff. Also, hanging out here at RC Universe has taught me a bunch. I have decided that my Tornado BB is not going to cut it out here at the rig. Just too damn bumpy and rocky. I have ordered a Savage X 4.6 as it seems to get the best reviews as far as toughness. Not as fast as some MT's, but from what I have read all over the net it is pretty tough. Like I said, if not for Redcat I probably would never have gotten into this. Thanks Redcat.

BTW, my Tornado BB is not getting mothballed. I am going to girlie it up (pink with Dora The Explorer stickers) and give it to my 4 yr. old daughter. Now we will have golf and RC for father and daughter activities. After all, it IS all about the kids.
