Hi all,
Has anybody tried a Power expander Sport with a Spektrum AR9000 9 channel receiver.
I plug mine together and everything lights up, and the servos are buzzing, but when I move the tranny sticks
there is no movement from the servos. (And no I haven't plugged it into the battery port)
Plugged channel A into throttle up to channel H into Aux 3 on receiver.
If I pull a servo out of the power expander and plug it direct into the receiver, the servo works fine.
Plus the setup works fine with a standard FM receiver (Hyperion 8 channel)

thanks
Jim

Hi Jim,
I am pretty sure we have used the AR9000 with other PowerExpanders (I have a friend doing testing for me with the Spektrums) but I don't think we have used it on a Sport specifically. I am pretty sure someone else has used the Sport with an AR9000 though. I will see if we can do a setup. I will let you know.

I have run both the AR9000 and 7000 receivers on the Sport Plus and EQ10 units with no problem. Could you post a picture of your unit hooked up.
