Status: offline 		I'm sure I've either mis-read or done something terribly wrong, but here's the rub;

The instructions say to put the wing jig under the rear of the ribs.
Then the centerlines of the root and tip rib should be parallel (same distance from the work table).

Hopefully it can be seen in the photos how far off my root rib is from the tip rib.

Any thoughts, Please...

Status: offline 		Hey you are doing this exactly right so proceed away! The meaning is that the distance from your board to the centerline of the rib at the leading edge and the trailing edge should be the same. For example that measurement should be the same for R1 leading edge and R1 trailing edge (i.e R1 parallel to your board) and the measurement for R9 LE equal to R9 TE (i.e R9 parallel to your board). Hope this helps.
