Not looking to spend too much money, so what upgrade would you guys reccomend?

I haven't had any issues breaking anything, so I would opt to upgrade performance on my stock Savage X. And I don't want to spend a lot of money...probably about $50 or less.

Would you reccomend a tuned pipe, 5 cell humpback, 3 speed transmission, steering servo...other?

What would be a good performance upgrade for less than $50?

From what you listed, a tuned pipe would be good, a hump pack would be better, the 3 speed can wait and the servo can wait till you break the one you have. A wheelie bar could be a nice option part as well. Everything else leave it stock for now. If you can get a pipe and a hump pack for around 50$ then thats what i would do.

Thanks guys. I'll check those things out at the hobby shop tomorrow. Does the hump pack gradually lose power or does it just all of the sudden lose it's charge? How long can you use it before it needs recharged?

1st thing I got was a hump pack too,

Helps quite a bit, it's better than AA's because it's more powerful, and it also lasts quite a bit longer

I got a 1000 mah hump pack at the LHS today. that and the charger and the adaptors cost me freaking $60. Hopefully I'll be able to see some improvement in throttle and brake response.
