Status: offline 		Harry ball told me to loosen the small grub screw inside the transmission.. Once u do that make sure its lock tight. I checked the manual and i dont see a grub screw IN the transmision. If u do please reply soon

I got the second gear in the perfect position but i dont have blue locktight. Where can i get some or could i use like modeling glue or sho-goo?

No glue, no sho-goo, you can get locktight from a hardware store or auto parts store. If you want something temperary you could use finger nail polish.

Status: offline 		You'll never be able to move the screw again, lol. Red is permanent locktight, ya really only want blue and a dab of it will do ya.

Status: offline 		No you don't have to take it out to get to the adjusting screw, if you look from the bottom of the car you should be able to turn the gears and see a silver part with a hole and there's a allen screw in there.

Status: offline 		the 2nd gear kicks in during a certain rpm. The 2nd has a little arm that swings out and locks with the 1st gear. What you want to do is to adjust the tension of that arm. tighten the screw = more delay in shifting the gear.

Status: offline 		blue is for temporary locking of the screw or bolt. with blue loctite in there it won't rattle or vibrate loose, but when you need to you can remove the screw or bolt or nut.

red loctite is permanent. it creates a chemical weld when used on screws or bolts or nuts. when used under the pressure of threads red loctite will make sure you never remove that screw again, ever. unless you get out a drill it ain't moving.

stick with blue loctite and you'll be fine. another trick i have used in many cases on my racecar and any other vehicles i have owned is a little blue rtv silicone on the threads works too. but get loctite it's much easier to work with.
