Status: offline 		Yes we do accept paypal as preferred payment. Yes it is black carbon frame. It does come with blades. All that is needed is the electronics. We do have the stock cx 430L motor and esc in stock. I will try to get those up on my site by tomorrow night. I will try for tonight, but that's iffy. Thanks Heli-Bros
