Status: offline 		I've recently acquired four 6-vold golf cart batteries and would like to use them in my R/C trailer. I don't know how to wire them (series or parallel) to achive 12 volts. Which is it?

I'd like to use all 4 batteries, meaning I'd have two pairs of batteries each at 12 volts. What is gained by 'strapping' them together and maintaining the 12 volt output?

Status: offline 		I believe this is what you want. Will give you two X 12v, or twice the capacity of the single pair. You may need to charge only one pair at a time.
