Was wondering if the Elite would be good in a pinch for charging a 2s pack..It can charge 1-3 cell Li-ion/lipolys with different voltage's..I know if I were to use this I would have to babysit so the voltage doesn't get too high but ias long as its stopped before overcharging it should be ok ?

Old post ,hope you found an answer before now.

Yes that charger will work fine. Like you said just watch it and when pack reaches 3.7 per cell stop the charge. If you overlook it and they reach 4.1 or 4.2 then no real harm done just their cycle life reduced a bit.
