Doubt your gonna find one with a pack and a charger. Let alone one worth while. Look into used TC3's or TC4's.

Look in ebay, I got a TC3 team with esc, radio and two motors and a lot of spare parts for 165 shipped. You could really get good deals when buying used cars, buy a new body and wheels, charger and battery and you are getting a pretty good RTR. Look at tamiya TL01, TT01, TA05 and TB02, Team Associated TC3, TC4, Hot bodies Cyclone s, and HPI sprint drif RTR these come with drifing wheels and bodies. I personally owned a TT01 and It was pretty good, I just ordered a TA05 and my current drifter is a TC3 and I love it.

Hpi Sprint 2 RTR comes with a pack, charger, radio and all. I guess you can use some of the parts from your rs4 as hop-ups for it as well. It's a nice chassis, just do the diffhouse mod and switch to more slippy tires and you're good to go.

For a good balanced chassis go for the TA-05.

Seriously, TT01 is a great chassis. But, any 4wd electric will do.

Go with the cheaper version - Cyclone S. When you have money to upgrade, you can upgrade it with regular Cyclone parts.
here's what my Cyclone S looks like.

Just take a minute or two after the drift session and brush it down with a soft paintbrush. Then take compressed air and blast the rest of the debris off.
On a side note, most of the debris from dust and pollen from the street not from the ABS tires.
